Least; 2nd; Blast Shape
You can split up the damage dice in your eldritch blast from class levels into separate blasts. As a full-round action, you can fire all of these blasts (each with a separate attack roll) as a cluster at any number of targets, no two of which can be more than 20 ft apart. The blasts must be fired in descending order by how many damage dice they have, and any eldritch essence or other source of extra damage dice (such as sneak attack) only applies to the first blast in the cluster.
If your base attack bonus is +6 or higher, you can (as part of the full-round action) make separate clusters of attacks with your eldritch cannon as your base attack bonus allows. For example, a 8th-level warlock could fire two sets of eldritch cannon clusters, one set with a base attack bonus of +6, and another with a base attack bonus of +1.
